What we sell
We sell pre-owned vehicles – cars, vans and minibuses. Our vehicles are supplied with either the balance of the Manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable) or a 3 month warranty provided by us. Please ensure that you read the warranty policy so that it is clear to you what is and what isn’t included.
Vehicle Imagery and Specification
We use an independent industry leading data provider to supply information about the specification of vehicles displayed on our website. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the information that they provide, it should only be used as a guide. Where a vehicle is in stock the main advert image will display a registration number and the photographs will be of the actual vehicle. Where a vehicle is awaiting preparation or is due in, the main advert image will show a vehicle without a registration number and this will not be of the actual vehicle, but a similar example for illustration purposes only and will not be exact. Colours of the exterior and interior of vehicles on websites won’t be a true reflection and will look different in the flesh. Customers must ensure that they check all vehicle details independently especially if buying via the website.
Vehicle History & Checks
Whilst we may provide details regarding the vehicle’s service history or prior ownership, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this information. Customers are responsible for conducting independent checks, such as a full HPI or vehicle history report, to verify any outstanding finance, recorded accidents, mileage discrepancies, or other relevant factors that may affect the vehicle’s suitability.
Buying a vehicle from us
If you’re considering buying a vehicle from us, you must satisfy yourself that the used vehicle is suitable for your requirements and meets your specific needs. It’s important that you have
- Checked the specification including the standard options and any additional options which may be fitted to the vehicle. Note that specification can differ based on the build date of the vehicle.
- Assessed the suitability of the fuel and the range based on a full tank of fuel or a full charge. It’s important to remember that the WLTP ranges detailed on manufacturer websites are based on test conditions and don’t represent real world conditions. Miles per gallon or miles per charge will be less that WLTP and in some instances quite significantly.
- Test driven the vehicle.
- Considered the vehicle’s age, mileage, condition, and service history. Used vehicles may display wear consistent with their use. You are encouraged to request and review any available inspection reports or warranty details before placing an order.
Once you’ve decided to purchase a vehicle, we’ll firstly agree a price! Please note that the price we agree may be subject to change without notice due to influences outside of our control.
If you visit us in person, we’ll supply you with an order form which will detail the price agreed together with the vehicle description including the make, model, registration number and mileage and we’ll ask you for a deposit. If you visit us via our website or contact us over the phone, we’ll email you with an invoice, provide you with our bank details and ask you to pay us a deposit following which we’ll email an order form to you which will serve as the contract of purchase between us.
Ancillary Equipment and Purchaser Responsibilities
The contract between us does not include the supply of ancillary equipment such as, but not limited to, disabled access ramps, deployable steps, fire extinguishers, emergency exit glass, and hammers. If such items are present in the vehicle, they are provided solely for the benefit of the purchaser. We accept no liability for their serviceability, suitability for the purchaser’s intended use, or any losses arising from their unserviceability or absence. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that both the vehicle and any equipment within it meet the necessary health and safety requirements or other applicable regulations.
We cannot make any comment about the suitability of the vehicle for your purpose nor are we qualified to provide legal or health and safety advice. Independent professional advice should be sought where necessary. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle and any designated driver(s) comply with all regulations including driving licence and the requirement or otherwise for a tachograph.
If you’re looking for finance
If you’re looking to finance all or part of the vehicle purchase, we’re authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for consumer credit broking. As a broker and not a funder, we work with a carefully selected panel of funders that we can introduce you to. We provide products and pricing only from this panel so we don’t search the entire market for pricing or alternative funding routes which may be available to you. We don’t act as your agent and we won’t offer advice, but we will present clear, concise information to ensure you have all the necessary details to understand how the finance product works to enable you to make an informed decision and achieve your desired outcome. We will receive commission and/or other benefits from the finance provider if you enter into an agreement with them. We may also receive commission from a supplier of ancillary products or services if you purchase additional products or services. If you’re a consumer, as defined by the FCA, we will disclose the commission that we will receive and ask for your consent for us to receive this. For further information about commission, please refer to our Commission Disclosure Policy.
Finance is subject to status. You’ll need to accurately complete a finance application form which we’ll submit to the lender. If you’re a consumer, you’ll need to provide us with your driving licence and a bank or credit card statement or a gas or electric bill dated within the last 60 days. You may also need to provide addition information such as wage slips. If you’re a business user you may need to provide us with your latest accounts and the authorised signatory will need to provide us with their driving licence. The finance company will undertake a  credit search through a credit reference agency and this will leave a footprint on your credit file. They may also use an open banking system to verify income and expenditure. We have no control over finance companies decisions. Finance approvals are for a set period of time and if they expire before delivery a new application may be necessary which will involve an additional credit search. The finance company does have the right to withdraw their credit approval. We accept no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of this.
The finance agreement is a separate contract from the vehicle purchase. If following finance approval you decide to withdraw from the funder’s offer, you will still be required to complete the purchase of the vehicle.
Looking to part exchange?
If you’re looking to part exchange a vehicle, we’ll certainly consider this. You’ll need to provide us with accurate information about your vehicle, provide us with documentation including the vehicle registration document, service history, bills for maintenance and MOTs and allow us to the opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is subject of a finance agreement, this will need to be settled in full. Usually if the vehicle is subject to finance, we would pay the outstanding amount to the finance company when you hand the keys to us. The price agreed may change if there have been material changes to vehicle and its value, for example if it has been inaccurately described or subsequently damaged. Â
Cleared Funds Before Collection or Delivery
Before the vehicle is scheduled for delivery, full payment must be received in cleared funds. We will not release or arrange delivery of the vehicle until all outstanding balances have been settled. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment is processed in a timely manner to avoid any delays.
Collection and Delivery
Prior to collection or delivery, you must ensure that the vehicle is taxed and insured. We will provide you with the necessary document to enable you to tax the vehicle in good time.
If you require the vehicle to be delivered to you, we can arrange this on your behalf anywhere in the UK but this will be subject to a pre-determined additional cost, based on the delivery service that you choose. Once the delivery charge has been paid, we’ll aim to deliver the vehicle to you as soon as possible and we’ll provide you with an anticipated delivery date. The delivery date is to change and if this is necessary, we’ll keep you informed to help you plan accordingly. Please note that we can’t be liable for compensating you for delays in delivery or for any costs incurred by disruption such as but not limited to, weather, road closures, incidents or by any logistical issues. Â
If you cancel the delivery within 2 working days of the scheduled date, we do make a charge for the aborted delivery. The cost of this will be advised to you at that point and payment must be made prior to rearranging the delivery.
Cancellation Rights
Consumer – Cancellation of Order
If you are a consumer, and you’ve seen the vehicle and placed your order with us in person you’ve committed to buy the vehicle.
If you have conducted your dealings with us by phone and/or email, you have cancellation rights under Distance Selling Regulations. Details of this will be provided to you before completion of your transaction. Please ensure that you read this document carefully which details charges that will be made if you cancel after delivery of the vehicle. Â
Consumer – Cancellation of Finance
If you are financing all or part of the purchase, you will have a 14 day cooling off period from the finance company. This will start the day after the finance company accepts the agreement which you have signed. As previously mentioned, if you change your mind about financing you will still be obliged to complete the purchase of the vehicle.
Business – Cancellation of Order
If you are a business, you’ve committed to buy the vehicle upon paying a deposit..
Business – Cancellation of Finance
If you are financing all or part of the purchase and have signed the finance agreement which has been accepted by the funder, you’re not able to cancel the agreement but you can contact them for a settlement figure.

You can find our Complaints Procedure for Customers on our website.
Your Responsibilities
Finally and most importantly, whilst we’ll listen and answer any questions that you may have, you’re responsible for making your decisions and the actions that you take. It’s important to remember:
- Not to be afraid to ask questions to satisfy yourself that the product or service is right for you.
- To read everything! If it’s not clear or you’re unsure about anything, please ask us to clarify before you sign anything.
- That you have to tax, insure, service and maintain the vehicle so you need to think about future costs of ownership.
- To consider potential changes to your circumstances which could impact your decision.
- If you’re taking out finance, agreements are typically between 2 to 5 years so it needs to be affordable for the duration. You do need to consider future costs as well as any potential changes to your circumstances which may affect your ability to make the payments on time. Don’t enter into an agreement if you are unsure of your affordability as if you miss any payments it could affect your credit rating and restrict your access to finance in the future.
We’re here to help, so let us know if you have any questions!
