What we sell

We sell pre-owned vehicles – cars, vans and minibuses. Our vehicles are supplied with either the balance of the Manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable) or a 3 month warranty provided by us. Please ensure that you read the warranty policy so that it is clear to you what is and what isn’t included.

Buying a vehicle from us

If you want to purchase a vehicle from us, we’ll agree a price and email you an invoice detailing the price agreed together with the vehicle description including the make, model, registration number and mileage and requesting that you send us a deposit to secure the vehicle. Our invoice will provide you with our bank details for payment. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll email  an order form the vehicle which will serve as the contract of purchase between us and will show the balance that will need to be paid to us before we can arrange delivery of the vehicle which will be within 30 days unless we agree otherwise. A hard copy of the order form will be provided to you at the point of delivery or before.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for the vehicle without any reason by completing the Cancellation Form, which must be received by us by email or registered post within 14 days of the day following delivery. You surrender any and all rights to cancel if you have made any changes or modifications to the vehicle or if it is has been damaged.  Cancellation is in respect of the vehicle and does not apply to products which have been added at your request such as paint protection, sign writing, extended warranty.

What happens if you cancel?

If you cancel your order, you’ll need to stop using the vehicle and return it to us at your cost within 7 days of notifying us of your cancellation or at the end of the 14th day following delivery whichever is the sooner, together with the vehicle documents including any handbooks, service history and vehicle registration document. Until the vehicle is back in our possession you must ensure that the vehicle is insured fully comprehensively, taxed and you remain liable for any fines, charges or penalties.

We’ll refund what you’ve paid including any charge that we made to deliver the vehicle to you (unless it was by a method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) less our deduction for:

  • Any ancillary costs for items that you asked us to add to your order. This may include additional parts, paint protection, sign writing, extended warranty (although you are able to apply to the warranty provider separately for a refund).
  • A re-stocking charge of £499.00 including vat. Our re-stocking charge includes inspecting the vehicle, preparing it for resale and re-advertising.
  • Any loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the vehicle according to the previous reference to test drives. You’ll be charged for the repair of any damage. You’ll also be charged for mileage taken from the start mileage detailed on the order form to the end mileage taken at the point of return to our premises less an allowance of 10 miles which we would consider to be the equivalent of a reasonable test drive. The charge per mile will be at the rate of £2.00 including vat per mile for the first 50 miles and £6.00 including vat per mile thereafter.
  • If you used a vehicle as part payment for the vehicle purchased (part-exchange) which is available to be returned to you, we may make a deduction to cover any reduction in value from the point of our original agreement.

When will you receive your refund?

Providing everything has been returned to us with the vehicle, we’ll refund you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the vehicle is returned to us.  Payment will be made to the account used to make the payment to us unless we have agreed otherwise, subject to Anti Money Laundering Regulations. There will be no charge for making the refund payment to you.
